Madison Fogle

Biography

Madison Fogle is a first year PhD student studying early Christianity in the near east. Madison's research focuses on Christian apocalyptic literature and eschatology, specifically the power structures that are shown in and created by these works and beliefs. She is particularly interested in concepts of gender, sexuality, and social status during this period, as well as the history of emotions.
 
Madison received her B.A. in History and Humanities (Religious Studies) at the University of Louisville in 2023. She is currently working as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Collections Department at the McClung Museum of Natural History and Culture.
