The Laura L. Howes Graduate Student Research/Travel Endowment
Established in 2025 in honor of Professor Emerita Laura Howes (English) and her long career and support of the Marco Institute, this endowment supports graduate students to travel and conduct research for their dissertations.

Our primary endowment, donating to this will help the Marco Institute continue to support faculty and student research and travel, public programming, outreach efforts, and everything else the Marco Institute does!

Marco has several award and scholarship funds to support our mission to promote the research and teaching of the early periods, and your support can help to make our program better and stronger.
