Biography

John Glennan is a a second-year PhD student in the History Department. His work is primarily on the history of emotion between from the sixth- to eleventh-centuries. He also has interests in digital humanities scholarship and the philosophy of history.

John completed his B.A. at Beloit College, double majoring in history and philosophy. He did further studies at Fordham University before coming to UTK. Recently, he received the Chancellor's Fellowship Award.
